Terms of Service

Review the Terms of Service for using Calcady's tools, including our intellectual property rights and permitted use of our calculators.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on Calcady.com — including but not limited to the underlying math logic, custom code, "Sharp" UI elements (Glassmorphic containers, interactive charts, and typography), and the Calcady™ branding — are the exclusive intellectual property of the site owner and its licensors.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the content, software, or brand materials, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by us.

Prohibited Use & Scraping

Calcady™ is designed for human interaction. We strictly forbid the use of automated scripts, crawlers, "scraping" tools, or any software designed to mass-extract calculator data, reverse-engineer proprietary algorithms, or place undue load on our server infrastructure.

Any attempt to bypass UI/UX elements to programmatically extract the mathematical results provided by our tools is a direct violation of these terms.

Limited License

We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Calcady™ strictly for:

  • Personal Use: Calculating your own financial budgets, health metrics, and educational pursuits.
  • Professional Estimation: Using the tools in the field to assist with preliminary trade planning, client estimations, or workflow calculations (provided you accept the liability terms outlined in our Legal Disclaimer).

Termination of Access

Calcady™ reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the site at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. This particularly applies to any user found violating the Prohibited Use clauses regarding automated scraping or intellectual property theft.
